Luncheon

Chobham  Golf Club

Luncheons third Tuesday of each month, except for March and May 2023 when it will be held on the fourth Tuesday, at the Chobham Golf Club followed by a talk or entertainment. The Christmas lunch will be held on the second Tuesday in December.

 

Notification of absence must reach John Loosemore by 11.30am on the Friday before the Luncheon by email or phone.

Luncheon Menu 2024

 

     

Tuesday                   Pan seared Cod served wth wilted spinach, baby peas, broad beans

 16th January          with new season potatoes and a pink perpercorn dill sauce.

                                 Warm treacle tart with custard.

            

 

Tuesday                   Roast leg of lamb with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

20th February         Sticky toffee pudding with creme Anglaise.

                                            

                                   

Wednesday              Steak and ale pie with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal

20th March                vegetables.

                                   Profiteroles with chocolate sauce.

 

Tuesday                    Buffet with rare sirloin beef, honey baked ham, cold                             16th April                 poached salmon, potatoes and a selection of salads.  

                                  Vanilla creme brule with shortbread.

 

Tuesday                    Sweet and sour pork with red onions, sweet potatoes, pineapple 

21st May                   and braised rice.

                                  Salted caramel chocolte torte with toffee sauce.

 

Tuesday                     Buffet with rare sirloin beef, honey baked ham, cold poached            18th June                   salmon, potatoes and a selection of salads.

    AGM                        Eton Mess.

                                                     

Tuesday                     Chicken Forrestier served on saute potatoes with

16th July                    seasonal vegetables.

                                    Bakewell tart and custard.

 

Tuesday                      A selection of BBQ meats with potatoes and mixed salads.

20th August               Strawberries and clotted cream.

                                     

 

Tuesday                       Cumberland fish pie with seasonal fresh vegetables. 

17th September           Caramel apple crumble with custard.

                                      

                                      

Tuesday                       Buffet with rare sirloin beef, Honey Baked Ham, Cold Poached       15th October              Salmon, potatoes and a selection of salads.

                                      Lemon panacotta tart.                              

 

Tuesday                       Beef lasagne with salad and garlic bread.

 19th November           Forest berry pavlova with Chantilly cream.

 

 

Tuesday                         Turkey Christmas lunch.
