Luncheon

Chobham  Golf Club

Luncheons third Tuesday of each month, except for November 2021 when it will be held on a Wednesday, at the Chobham Golf Club followed by a talk or entertainment.

Notification of absence must reach John Loosemore by 11.30am on the Friday before the Luncheon by email or phone.

Wednesday               Mildly spiced Meat balls in a rich tomato & herb sauce with butter

16th March                poached pasta & parmesan.

                                   Lemon pannacotta tart with fresh raspberries.

 

Tuesday                     Cumberland Fish Pie topped with cheddar cheese & mashed 

19th April                    potatoes, seasonal vegetables.

                                    Chocolate cheesecake with salted caramel. 

 

Tuesday                      Pan Seared Fillet of Scottish Salmon with spring vegetables,            17th May                     Celeriac mash & Dill Hollandaise         

                                    Sticky Toffee pudding with caramel custard.

21st June                   Wild forest berries with crushed meringue, chantilly cream &

  AGM                          raspberry coulis.

 

Tuesday                      Chicken Fiorrestier with baby onions, chestnut mushrooms &      19th July                     bacon, seasonal vegetables & herb roasted potatoes.

                                     Bakewell tart with vanilla custard.

 

Tuesday                       Buffet of rare sirloin Beef, Honey Baked Ham, cold Poached            16th August                Salmon, Selection of mixed salads & hot new potatoes

                                     Wild forest berries with crushed meringue, chantilly cream

 

Tuesday                       Chicken and wild forest mushroom pie with seasonal vegetables

20th September           and new potatoes

                                      Bramley apple pie with vanilla ice cream

Tuesday                        Braised Lamb Shank with Colcannon potatoes, seasonal                15th November            vegetables, rosemary and garlic sauce

Tuesday                        Norfolk Roast Turkey with stuffing, pigs in blankets, roasted           6th December              vegetables & potatoes, rich turkey gravy
